Description
The Earl Grey is one of the great tea classics. Once mixed only from Chinese black teas, later also varieties with varieties from India or Sri Lanka became very popular. The typical feature of Earl Grey is its fruity-fresh citrus note. It clearly sets it apart from the otherwise strong-heavy black tea. The special taste is created by the addition of bergamot oil or in inexpensive variants by simple aromas.
